We will always respect your privacy, dignity, and your religious and cultural beliefs — particularly when intimate examinations are being carried out.
Intimate examinations will only ever be performed with your express agreement. You will always be offered a chaperone to attend the examination if you wish.
You may request a chaperone:
- when making your appointment
- on arrival at the surgery — please let the receptionist know
- at any time during the consultation
