The quickest way to access your test results is online via the NHS App or your NHS account. Alternatively, you can call the surgery after 2pm and we will be happy to help.

Getting Your Test Results

We recommend you register for online services to access your test results. This is the easiest and quickest way to view results securely at any time of day.

How Long Results Take

When you have a test, you will be told approximately how long it will be before the results are returned to the practice. As a general guide:

• We recommend waiting 5 working days before following up your result
• Some specialist tests may take longer — your GP or nurse will advise you at the time
• If your result requires urgent attention, we will contact you directly

Questions About Your Results

If you want to talk to someone about your results, please call us on 020 8390 5321 after 2pm, Monday to Friday. Our reception team can let you know whether results are back, and arrange a follow-up appointment with a GP or nurse if needed.

If your results require further discussion, a GP will contact you directly or you may be asked to book a follow-up appointment.
