If you are a patient at our practice you can use the NHS App — a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.
If you already use Patient Access you can continue to use it, but you can use the NHS App as well.
What the NHS App does
- Order repeat prescriptions — see your available medicines, request a new repeat prescription and choose a pharmacy for your prescriptions to be sent to
- Book appointments — search for, book and cancel appointments at the surgery, and see details of your upcoming and past appointments
- View your GP health record — including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results
- Check your symptoms — search trusted NHS information and advice on hundreds of conditions and treatments
- Manage hospital referrals — view and manage your NHS Choose and Book referrals
- Register your organ donation decision — choose to donate some or all of your organs and check your registered decision
- Control how your data is used — choose if data from your health records is shared for research and planning
You can also access NHS App services online via your web browser at nhs.uk/nhs-app — no smartphone required.
Accurx Online Consultation
Accurx is our online consultation platform. You can use it to contact the surgery directly without calling — at any time of day.
What you can do via Accurx
- Request an appointment — urgent or routine
- Request a repeat prescription
- Request a sick / fit note
- Send a message to the practice
- Ask for advice about a condition or symptom
When you submit a request via Accurx, we use the information you provide to direct you to the right person — whether that is a GP, nurse, pharmacist or another member of the team. This helps us get you the right care more quickly.
