Physiotherapy

If you have a musculoskeletal problem — such as back pain, a joint injury or a muscle strain — you may be able to access online physiotherapy advice and exercises through the uBetter platform. This service provides personalised, condition-specific guidance to help you manage your symptoms and recover at home.

You can also see our First Contact Physiotherapist (FCP) directly at the surgery — you do not always need a GP referral first. See our Clinics page for details.

Better Bones

The Better Bones programme provides guidance and exercises designed to help improve bone strength and reduce the risk of osteoporosis and falls. It is particularly suitable for older patients or those who have been advised to look after their bone health.
