Does your GP know you're a carer?

Do you look after someone who couldn't manage without you?

Many people look after friends or family who can't manage without them.  This could be due to a serious health condition, disability, mental health illness, frailty, addiction or substance misuse.  Being a carer can often affect your own health but your GP can support you if they know you are caring for someone.  Please let the receptionist know, either by popping in or calling on 020 8390 5321 or email
