Harmoni under the name of Kingston Health on Call deputising service, care for our patients out of hours.
They can be contacted by telephoning 111.
Weekdays:- 6.30pm to 8.00am Weekends:- 6.30pm Friday to 8.00am Monday
Harmoni employ qualified staff, who will be able to help and advise you. If you need to see a doctor, they will arrange for you to visit their Primary Care Centre, based at Kingston Hospital, at an agreed time. If you are unable to travel, a home visit by a doctor will be arranged. The very nature of the out of hours service does mean that doctors are re-prioritising home visits minute by minute, depending on the urgency of the in-coming calls. Therefore this does mean that home visits could be subject to delay.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
