Why not sign up to Online Services? This will allow you to book and or cancel routine GP appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view a summary of your medical records, including test results.  There's a mobile app too.  Ask at reception or email

PLEASE NOTE: As a general rule, surgeries will only prescribe two months' worth of repeat medication (unless exceptional circumstances).

Home Visits - Tel: 020 8390 5321

homevisitsWe ask patients to come to the surgery unless medically unfit to travel. If a visit is necessary please telephone before 10.30am, so that visits can be planned efficiently. When requesting a home visit, our reception staff will try to gather as much information as possible, which will assist the doctor to assess the urgency of the visit.

The doctors can see 3 or 4 patients in surgery in the time it takes to do a visit, so please make an appointment, if at all possible. The GP may telephone you to assess the need for a visit and prioritise visit requests.

Please note that home visits are provided by our Out of Hours Provider "Kingston Health on Call", on a Saturday.
